Oak Balustrade Back to all Projects Before and after pictures of a solid oak glass balustrade. Ripped out old timber framed banister/handrail. Then installed with 2 full solid oak newel posts and 1 half newel return at the top for extra strength. Then templates made from 8mm MDF boards and sent off for glass panels
